Workshop

This is my workshop where most of my models are made the working area is not very large and does cause problems when making large models.  You will see scale and stunt models are hanging on either side of the room, to the left is my Myford ML 10 lathe which has done very good service over the last 40 years a drill press is at the end plus two band saws, another essential item you will see which is a must is a good large Vice.

Contrary to many peoples beliefs, I do not hold much stock of anything this is my stock room under the stairs, the tool box on the right contains all my electric gear, the box on the left at the rear is for IC engines and the blue bag at the front is for all COX bits, the large orange bubble warp bag contains a set for floats to make a control line float plane at some time.

All new planes are kept upstairs in the third bedroom.

Granddaughters first plane, 29 March 20. Following on from this ban on leaving the house I have used this time to update my workshop at long last, the large band saw and sanding machine have gone with the small band saw moved down to the bottom of the workshop and the large vice moved over to the left. The old bench has now gone and replaced by a IKEA THYGE DESK size 160cm x 80cm really good with adjustable legs, cost £80 not bad worth looking at see photo.
